A program has been established with the use of $240,000 in Beverly Community Preservation Act funds to assist Beverly residents who have experienced difficulty in paying their rent or mortgage (with a low income housing deed restriction in place) as a direct result of loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and who are not eligible for other forms of assistance.
