Livingstone Avenue Extension Subdivision

New Application August 2020

The Livingstone Avenue Extension Subdivision project plans to extend the unfinished portion of Livingstone Avenue by approximately 280 feet and create two buildable lots on Livingstone Avenue. Each of the lots will contain 10,000 square feet of lot area and have a minimum 100-foot frontage, as required in the Zoning Ordinance.

Each of the lots will contain 10,000 square feet of lot area and have a minimum 100-foot frontage, as required in the Zoning Ordinance.
