Overview

The Retirement Board is a five-member board administers the Beverly Retirement Board: two elected members, two appointed members, and a member Ex-Officio (City Auditor). The Administrator is responsible for 448 active and inactive members and 607 retirees, survivors and beneficiaries, all financial transactions, investment activity, member accounts, retirement and pre-retirement counseling and government reporting.

The Beverly Retirement Board is governed by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 32, with the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC) as its regulatory authority.

The Board Members and the Administrator are committed to serving the employees and retirees of the City of Beverly with diligence, honesty and courtesy.
