9-11 Remembrance Ceremony - Beverly Fire Department 2023
The Fire Department held a brief ceremony on Monday, September 11, 2023, at Central Fire Station Headquarters, located at 15 Hale Street.
Plan of Events
Members will assemble at 9:30 AM
9:55 AM - Apparatus roll out of bays to the appropriate location in front of the station.
10:00 AM - All available fire department personnel and any guests assemble at attention in front of the apparatus and maintain silence.
- Ring Bell 5-5-5-5 (4 sets of 5 chimes each)
- Lower Station flag to half-mast
- 1 minute of complete silence
- Prayer by fire department member, followed by Firefighter's Prayer
- Ring Bell 5-5-5-5
- Raise Flag
- Return to service
