Transportation

The Beverly Council on Aging offers curb-to-curb, wheelchair accessible transportation within the City of Beverly to doctors appointments, hairdresser appointments, to and from the senior center, and more. This service is available to Beverly residents 60 years old and older and the disabled individuals.

Please note, a doctor's note is required for proof of disability for participants under the age of 60. Please call the Transportation Department for more information, at 978-921-6078.

Our Transportation operates Monday through Wednesday 8 am to 3 pm, Thursday 8 am to 6 pm, and Friday 8 am to 1 pm

Ride Fee & Bus Tickets

Each one-way ride is $1, however, trips directly from home to the Center or from the Center directly home are free!

Bus tickets can be purchased on your first trip with the Beverly Senior Center. They are available in $10 and $20 denominations. You may also purchase bus tickets by mail; please call the Transportation office for more information on this process.

Weather Limitations

Transportation Services are closed if the Beverly School's are closed due to weather. In the event of a delay all activities, including transportation, prior to the time of the delay are cancelled.
