Information, Referral & Outreach to Elders
Daily, we assist seniors and their family members with their concerns and needs. Outreach staff will meet with clients and/or caregivers to listen, support, and provide information and referrals. Outreach staff also reach out to seniors in the community who are not familiar with Council on Aging services and resources. Call today to be connected with outreach or social work staff at 978-921-6017.
Meals-on-Wheels are delivered year-round, Monday through Friday, under the auspices of SeniorCare, Inc. for elders who satisfy the evaluation criteria. For information, call SeniorCare, Inc at 866-927-1050.
The Garden City Courier is our monthly newsletter containing current programs, trip information, health services, luncheon menu, upcoming events and other useful information. You can pick up a copy of the newsletter at the Senior Center or if you would like the newsletter delivered to your home, we can add you to our mailing list. Out of town subscription is available for $10 year. To sign up to receive the newsletter via mail or email, email Gail or call 978-921-6017.
