STATUS: Site Plan Review and Inclusionary Housing Applications approved on March 20, 2018.

Site Plan Review Application to construct a 5-story, mixed-use addition to the rear and above the existing commercial building currently occupied by Atomic Café. Expansion will include: 2 floors of new commercial space accessed from the rear to support Atomic Café and Moon and Mat Yoga Studio and 9 new rental residential units. Dedicated private parking will be provided at an off-site location.
