DEP Emergency Regulations - Damage Caused by February 8th Blizzard/Nor'easter

DEP has issued emergency regulations to allow for expedited repair and restoration of wetland resources or certain structures damaged by the February 8th Nor'easter/Blizzard.  Reporting procedures are required and explained in the attached declaration from DEP.
