Beverly Police Community Advisory Council Meeting

February 12, 2013

Time: 7:00 pm

Location: Beverly Public Library, Sohier Room

Repeats: 1

The Beverly Police Department Community Advisory Council (CAC) is an all-volunteer committee representative of the City of Beverly. The CAC is intended to foster and facilitate communication and understanding between the Beverly Police Department and the community. It is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the City's neighborhoods. The goal is to identify and prioritize community needs and concerns, as well as recommend measures for addressing them to the Police Department. By developing a partnership between the community and the police, the citizens will become educated on police practices and procedures, and the Police Department becomes better informed about the community. We encourage all persons who live, work or use services in the community to participate in our council meetings. People who are interested in the CAC and would like further information can contact Sgt. Philip McCarthy at (978) 921-6040 ext. 2520.  You can also check out the CAC webpage.
