Public Meeting Regarding the City’s Approach to Marijuana-Related Uses

September 18, 2018

The City of Beverly announces a public meeting to discuss the City’s approach to the state’s legalization of recreational marijuana dispensaries and other related facilities.  The public meeting will be held at the Beverly Senior Center (90 Colon Street) on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 7:00 PM.

The goal of this public meeting is to provide an opportunity for the Beverly community to learn and ask questions about the legalization of recreational marijuana dispensaries, how the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is regulating such uses, how communities and local governments can regulate such uses, and the process the City of Beverly will follow to regulate marijuana-related uses.

Please see the press notice and flier, or email Director of Planning and Development Aaron Clausen at aclausen@beverlyma.gov for additional information.
