Swift 911

In our efforts to provide more reliable communications with Residents and Businesses in the City, we have implemented Swiftreach Networks, Inc. as our Emergency Notification service provider. Swift911™ in its simplest form is a system that makes phone calls to specific people or areas in the event of an emergency or for sharing important information. All the calls you receive will have the Caller ID of ‘Beverly City Hall’. If you are not receiving these calls, please fill out the form below to add or update your contact information – You may also remove yourself from our lists.

Building and Highway Maintenance

The Building Maintenance Division is also responsible for street signs and street line painting.

 


Electrical Division

To report a street light outage/issue, please visit our MyBeverly portal or download the MyBeverly app.

To report faulty traffic signals, please call the Department of Public Services at 978-921-6053.

If you would like to obtain a permit for Electrical work, please visit the Municipal Inspections Department.


Motor Pool

Used motor oil can be dropped off at the Motor Pool building Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Drop off is for waste oil ONLY.

We do not accept gasoline, gasoline/oil mix, anti-freeze or paint products, check with the Health Department for disposal of these items during the Hazardous Waste Day.
