Application for Floodplain Development Permit
Use this application for any proposed development in a special flood hazard area (SFHA)
FEMA Elevation Certificate
The elevation certificate is used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with the floodplain development ordinance. This document is provided here for the user’s convenience. However, refer to FEMA for the latest certificate.
FEMA Floodproofing Certificate
Submit this certificate for flood-proofing non-residential buildings as an alternative to elevating the structure. This document is provided here for the user’s convenience. However, refer to FEMA for the latest certificate.
Use for garages, sheds, storage rooms and crawls spaces greater than 6′ in height that are below the base flood elevation (A-Zones only).
A No-Rise Certifictae must be submitted for all development within a “regulatory floodway.”
