The elevation certificate is used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with the floodplain development ordinance. This document is provided here for the user’s convenience. However, refer to FEMA for the latest certificate.

Submit this certificate for flood-proofing non-residential buildings as an alternative to elevating the structure. This document is provided here for the user’s convenience. However, refer to FEMA for the latest certificate.
