‘Open Enrollment’ allows eligible employees & retirees (City & MTRS):
  • enroll in a city-sponsored health or dental insurance plan (current employees & retirees)
  • add an eligible dependent to an existing insurance plan (current employees & retirees)
  • change health plans (current employees & retirees)
  • enroll in disability, accident or critical illness coverage (current employees)
  • increase your life insurance with a ‘whole life’ policy (current employees)
  • switch between high & low dental plans (current employees)

Effective date for all changes & enrollments will be July 1, 2020.

If you are satisfied with your current coverage you do not need to do anything. Your insurance plans will continue automatically.
