Support groups for Caregivers on the North Shore

  • Hunt Nursing, 90 Lindall St. Danvers.  Free support group on the second Tuesday of the month from 6-7:30 p.m. Call Henna (978) 777-3740 x238 
  • Landmark at Oceanview, 3 Essex St. Beverly free support third Tuesday 6:30-7:30 p.m. Call Trish (978) 927-4227 x27
  • Caregivers Together, North Shore Elders, 152 Sylvan St, Danvers First and Third Mondays 10:30-12 noon, and First and Third Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. (978) 750-4540 
  • Grandparents Support Group, NSMC Salem Hospital, grandparents with custody or responsibility for grandchildren, First and Third Monday 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon (978) 354-2660. 
  • Caregiver Support Counseling: The fourth Tuesday of every month a support group meets from 2:00-3:30 p.m at the Beverly Senior Center.  Call the center to sign up in advance.  This group is facilitated by Caregiver Support Specialist, Jayne Girodat from Senior Care, Inc..  
  • Parkinsons Support Group: The second Monday of each month at 1pm at the Beverly Senior Center, Suite C.  Please contact Raymond C. James, RN, BS, 617-638-7745 for more information.
