211 is a free, confidential referral and information helpline and website that connects people of all ages and from all communities to the essential health and human services they need, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 211 can be accessed by phone or computer.

Survivors of sexual assault, their partners, friends and family can all call our 24-hour hotline for free, anonymous and confidential support. Our hotline is staffed by highly trained individuals who can listen, provide support, information and referrals or go to the hospital, court and/or police department with you.

Parental Stress Line – A 24-hour hotline in Massachusetts

When the stress of parenting becomes too much, turn to the Parental Stress Line for support and guidance. A 24-hour hotline, the Parental Stress Line is staffed by trained volunteer telephone

Parents Helping Parents (PHP)

A self-help program for parents who want to improve their relationships with their children. PHP relies on specially trained volunteers from professional health and human services to help guide discussions, suggest referrals to other services, and provide assistance when needed.
