City of Beverly’s Plan for Zoning for Marijuana Establishments

 

A set of zoning amendments to regulate marijuana establishments has been proposed to the City Council.  A public hearing to review and discuss the proposed amendments was held on November 5th, 2018.  At their regular meeting on November 21st, 2018, the Planning Board reviewed the proposed amendments and voted to recommend that City Council approve the amendments as revised by the Planning Department.  City Council will review the Planning Board’s recommendation and the revised set of amendments at their regular meeting on December 3rd, 2018, at 7:00 PM.
