Below is the meeting schedule for the 2010 Beverly Cultural Council funding cycle. Thank you all for responding to the “preferred times and days” survey. Monday at 4:00 was the best choice for the largest number of members. All meetings will take place in the Fogg Room at the Beverly Public Library.

BCC 2010 Grant Cycle Meeting Schedule
Monday, September 13 4 – 6 PM Discuss job descriptions, meet new members, prepare for 2010 cycle
Monday, September 20 4-6 PM Open Meeting for Interested Citizens (Not required for all members, but all are welcome.)
Monday, October 18 4-6 PM Distribution of Grant Applications to council members
Monday, November 1 4-6 PM First meeting for grant applicants to support proposals
First round of discussions
Monday, November 8 4-6 PM Second Meeting for applicants to support proposals
Continued committee discussion
Monday, November 15 4-6 PM Grants Business Meeting
Discussion and voting, if ready
Monday, November 22 4-6 PM Grants Business meeting and final voting (This one will be necessary if we don’t finish on the 15th)
